Blue Bell releases new ice cream flavor for coffee lovers

It is every kid's dream to one day be old enough to eat ice cream for breakfast. While most adults don't actually do this, the freedom to do so is something every child desires. Luckily for those that embrace adulthood with breakfast ice cream, Blue Bell has released a new flavor that should make their morning sweet tooth seem a little more normal.

On Thursday, Texas-based Blue Bell Ice Cream unveiled their latest flavor, Java Jolt. The new ice cream is coffee flavored with dark chocolate chunks and a coffee fudge swirl. According to CBS Texas, Java Jolt is now available in pint size for a limited time.

"The coffee fudge swirl adds an extra jolt of flavor. And the dark chocolate chunks are a delicious complement to the ice cream. We think coffee lovers will be very pleased with this combination!" said Joe Robertson, executive director of advertising and marketing for Blue Bell. With this new flavor, that morning cup of coffee just got a lot sweeter.
