The all-new fourth-generation Hyundai Verna has already generated a lot of buzz with its distinctive design. While some find it polarizing, others believe that the edgy design sets it apart and gives it a futuristic look. Regardless, there is no denying that the new Verna is attention-grabbing. To further enhance its appeal, a YouTuber decided to wrap his new Verna in a neon green color.
A YouTuber named Hiren Amin Vlogs shared a video on his YouTube channel, showcasing the process of wrapping his newly purchased Verna in a neon green theme. After the custom wrap was applied, the YouTuber recorded the reactions of his family members, who seemed impressed with the transformation.

The wrap job on this Hyundai Verna covered the bonnet, front and rear bumpers, boot lid, fenders, and door panels in neon green. The vibrant color makes this Verna truly stand out. To add more visual interest, the roof, outside door handles, and rearview mirrors were treated with an all-black finish, creating a nice contrast to the neon green wrap. The front bumper skirts also feature red accents, further enhancing the overall look.
While the neon green wrap on this new Hyundai Verna may not appeal to everyone, it offers an option for those who want to make a bold statement and stand out from the crowd. Many people prefer sedans in more subdued and elegant dark shades. However, the availability of factory dark shades for the new Verna makes this neon green wrap job exceptionally unique and attention-grabbing.
The legality of vehicle wraps in India falls into a grey area. While the authorities have prohibited changing the color of vehicles, wraps do not permanently alter the vehicle's color. As a result, wraps exist in a legal grey area.
Recently, Indian authorities have become stricter regarding vehicle modifications. Although there is no specific law addressing wraps, there is a section that prohibits changing the original color of a vehicle. However, in most states and union territories, law enforcement officers do not typically stop vehicles with different colored wraps. If you have any personal experiences regarding this matter, please feel free to share them.
To err on the side of caution, it is advisable to choose a wrap that matches the vehicle's stock color. Alternatively, you can consult local authorities such as the Regional Transport Office (RTO) to inquire about the rules and request written confirmation. Wraps can undoubtedly unlock a vehicle's creative potential, provided they are within the bounds of the law.
Changing the stock color can create confusion for law enforcement officers. In the event of a vehicle theft, if the authorities issue an alert based on the stock color, it becomes challenging for them to identify the vehicle if its appearance has been altered.
Hyundai introduced the all-new fourth-generation Verna in April 2023, offering it as a petrol-only model. The new Verna is equipped with two four-cylinder petrol engine options: a 1.5-liter naturally-aspirated petrol and a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol. The naturally-aspirated engine delivers 115 PS of power and 144 Nm of torque, while the turbocharged engine produces 160 PS of power and 253 Nm of torque. Both options come with a 6-speed manual gearbox, but the naturally-aspirated engine is also available with a CVT, and the turbocharged engine can be paired with a 7-speed DCT.
